Getting acclimated to the summer heat and humidity in Charleston.  I got in a great strength workout in at Hampton Park, mixing in some crossfit exercises, mid-distance runs and a lap around the Parcourse.  I particularly love throwing in bear crawls – they’re so incredibly awkward, but offer a workout that’s hard to replicate otherwise.
