Barrier Island ECOthon 2011
The Barrier Island ECOthon is a sprint multiport adventure race on the barrier islands of Charleston, South Carolina. Covering Sullivan’s Island, Isle of Palms, Dewey’s Island and Capers Island, the ECOthon is a 35 mile paddle, run, swim and bike adventure.
Still recovering from the Scotland Coast to Coast endurance multisport race last month, I spent the morning volunteering at this year’s race. What an amazing race – experience!
